The company’s led by a down-to-earth MD who’s invested heavily in the business and has real ambitions for it.
He’ll be in your corner whenever you need him, but a great thing about this role is there’s no micro-management or daft edicts clogging up your inbox on a Monday morning.
Instead you’ll be able to plan and manage the branch your way, from choosing the right sales promotions to setting your own business development agenda.

You’ll run an outlet that includes a busy trade counter (plus telephone / web sales), large warehouse and delivery operation, technical support / design service and branch admin.
That’s a team of around 5 people working day in, day out to keep the show on the road for customers, from specifying and pricing projects to delivering on-time, every time.
You’ll make sure everything about the branch is geared to these ends, while managing profitability and executing your own sales and marketing plan.
Key to this will be setting the tone and pace; inspiring a really good team, while building relationships and trust with key accounts.
We’re looking for someone from an HVAC, building products or similar industry who has great leadership skills, real business acumen and a flair for customer relationships.
You could be a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager, or running the logistics side, or in a customer-facing technical sales role.
