Branch Sales Manager – HVAC
£45K / £50K OTE
Lead a flagship branch for one of the leading national HVAC distributors. Use your HVAC contacts to build profitable revenue and with it your career.
I’m looking for someone with a great sales track record in HVAC sales and a good knowledge of the West Midlands market to step up to this branch leadership role.
The branch in question is located in Birmingham and has a AA+ service reputation, world class HVAC product range and major group backing.
It’s a competitive market as you well know, but there’ll be everything you need to make a real impact and take the branch to new heights.
What’s on offer

This commitment extends to proper investment and practical support, in everything from marketing and contracts to training & development.
The initial emphasis will be on field sales and key account management: connecting with existing customers and using your standing in the market to attract more.
In-branch you’ll oversee technical design / support, warehousing, trade counter and delivery operations, along with financial and service performance.
I’d estimate there’s a lot more to come from the branch, so this is the leadership and commercial challenge you must be ready to take.
I’m looking for someone who’s selling and account managing in the West Midlands HVAC market already. You’ll already be well-known to major specifiers, installers and end users.
Energy, imagination and leadership qualities are essential too, but if branch general management is new to you, don’t worry. There’ll be excellent training and mentoring.
