Duties for the Service Manager
Identify new business opportunities
Ensure customer service reaches “outstanding” levels
Package for the Service Manager

Track record of running either a service team
Able to increase profits I.E by bolting on service agreements / breakdown insurance
Experience of recruiting Engineers
Customer centric attitude
